We finally added the book that Balance’s very own Paula Coates wrote to allow runners to be more independent and prevent injuries but if they do be able to manage some of their own injuries.

Paula estimates that “about 50% of injuries that runners visit Balance with could be treated effectively by the patient and that the vast majority of injuries could be avoided with appropriate exercises being incorporated as part of training.”
