Balance’s Commitment to Customers

Every item sold by Balance has a specific function. If you are unsure of which product will suit your needs please ask and we will guide you to make the right choice. We are a team of professionals with in-depth knowledge in the field of rehabilitation, exercise, strength and conditioning, human movement and performance, if for any reason you feel you are not getting the results you expected using a product brought from us please let us know. Send us an email and we will see if we can help you get more from your purchase. 

General:

Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd intend on using the following terms and conditions to form the foundation for all contracts entered into between the company and any buyer in regards to the purchasing of products or services from Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd.

Shopping and purchasing goods:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the Balance shop and add the items you need to the shopping cart. When you have completed your selections click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that are required to complete the order. All prices and values on this web site are in UK Pounds Sterling and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price unless indicated.

We accept secure online credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd is also authorized to accept telephone payments on +44(0)20 7627 2308 within the facilities opening hours.

Payments can also be made by cheque or cash by post or in person but only with prior acknowledgement of the order by Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd. (what this means is: tell us what you want, we will, if able, accept the order and then you can send cheque or cash). If payment is received by cheque the goods will not be released until payment has cleared.

Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation e-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed by confirmation e-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

All goods remain the property of Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd until payment has been received in full OR with written confirmation from the directors of Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd.

Pre-ordering:

We allow pre-ordering of out of stock items. Delivery of out of stock items will be made as soon as possible and will be fulfilled within thirty days of the order being placed. You have the right to cancel any pre orders before dispatch at no cost to you. Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd will inform you as soon as possible if the items become unavailable.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated either by weight or the dimensions of the goods purchased. Deliveries are sent by Interlink or Royal Mail in most cases but others may require the use of other designated couriers. We may need to split the delivery into several parcels to facilitate easier or quicker shipping and we reserve the right to do so.

Damaged or faulty goods:

If your purchases have been damaged in transit please notify us immediately. Replacements will be sent out and we will guide you through the process of returning the damaged goods will be arranged.

Missing goods:

If your goods have been dispatched and have not arrived in the specified delivery time frame (almost all deliveries are completed within 3-5 days but please allow up to 14 days) please notify us and we will investigate the situation immediately. In the unlikely event that goods are declared lost by the courier service replacements will be sent out. Although we aim to provide accurate delivery dates we enter into no specific contract in regards to this.

Exchanging goods:

Any exchange of goods has to be agreed in writing (email accepted) The onus is on the purchaser to ensure the goods return safely. We recommend using registered or recorded delivery. The goods must be returned in the original and resellable condition. Only one exchange will be allowed per order and requests need to be sent within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Right to cancel and refund:

You can cancel and withdraw your order within seven days of placing it or within seven days of receiving your goods (whichever is the longer). No reason is necessary for cancellation. Confirmation of the withdrawal from the sale will need to be given in writing ( e-mail accepted). The goods must be returned in resellable condition at your own expense. Please contact us when returning goods so we can give you the correct return address and explain the procedure for returning the goods.

If an order is cancelled you are entitled to a full refund provided that the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Up to 28 days after your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or credit note. We will only refund the value of items returned and not the original delivery charge.


Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations excludes the return of certain goods and only applies to UK orders. Please contact us for further information.

Guarantee

The guarantee is given in accordance with legal requirements. Any additional guarantee statements are contained in the product descriptions.

Privacy Policy

To protect both your privacy and internet security, our website usesWorldPay and PayPal Pro to provide secure, reliable payment connections. Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd will not disclose your details to third parties. We will add your name and address to our mailing list to keep you informed about the status of your order and to let you know about special offers, new products or sales. Please let us know if you do not want to be on our mailing list. As all of our transactions are carried out through World Pay and Paypal Balance Performance Physiotherapy Ltd will not store any customer financial details.

ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” AND BALANCE PERFORMANCE PHYSIOTHERAPY LTD ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES SUSTAINED WHILST FOLLOWING PROGRAMMES WITHOUT CORRECT SUPERVISION.
