Do not underestimate the other major benefit of the Grid Foam Roller, aside

highly effective as a tool for trunk (core) conditioning. The series of
exercises presented in this DVD series provide a template from which an
infinite number of possibilities will unfold. The smooth action the
Grid provides allows users to understand the all important nature of flow and dynamic movement - the idea is then of course to bring this ease of movement into your everyday actions!
After you have mastered the foundational movements in Level I, its time to add some intensity. Level II exercises add a "push-pull" to many of the exercises. This "push-pull" will add more focus to your core muscles and allow you to build on the strength and stability gained in the Level I exercises. We recommend that you begin Level II only after comfortably mastering Level I.

the steps on how to master the movements and challenge the core while
creating a self massage like no other foam roller.
Class Exercises- clearly explained so that you understand the movements for each exercise within the specific level. Traditional exercises such as push ups, crunches, planks and bridges are modified to be performed with the body positioned on The Grid. The exercise will be broken down so that you can add any additional exercises into your own routine.
Workouts- a warm-up and two workouts are included in each DVD. Follow along with the classes to challenge yourself to a stronger, more stable core. These classes are to be followed along with so that you can challenge yourself just like those that are on your TV screen.
